Hostname or IP for Velocity registration

What hostname or IP address is used for HP Velocity registration within RGS?

We have a restrictive firewall enabled on our clients, and RGS fails to register Velocity upon initial launch since it can not reach out to the proper host.   Then it never tries again unless you delete 

/etc/opt/hpremote/registration/HPVelocity.

If I had the IP of the HPVelocity registration host, I could whitelist it to prevent this.

Here is the info from the User Guide for the activation for HP Velocity and Advanced Video Compression.  Both require a one time activation.  Only the receiver side needs internet access.  If you cannot go to the internet, we have a very manual process in which support does the activations for you after getting output from all senders and receivers that need the activations, again very manual process.

Advanced Video Compression requires a one-time activation that occurs on the Receiver when the first HP RGS connection is established, and this activation requires internet access. .
If using a proxy server for your LAN, be sure that your proxy settings are configured correctly (see Network on page 30). Activation does not work with a proxy autoconfiguration (PAC) file or with the Web Proxy Auto-Discovery (WPAD) protocol
The activation process uses https access to the activation.rgs.ext.hp.com URL (15.0.92.201). The Receiver performs the activation for both the Sender and Receiver. Therefore, you must open port 443 for https on your proxy or firewall to allow activation.
Only the Receiver needs online access to activate. During activation a file gets added to the Sender and Receiver. This file is stored in the following path for each OS:
Windows: \ProgramData\HP\Remote Graphics Software\registration
Linux and ThinPro: /etc/opt/hpremote/registration
macOS: Library/Application Support/HP/rgreceiver
For thin clients with a write filter, HP recommends disabling the write filter before the first HP RGS connection so that the files created during activation are permanently written to the hard drive. The write filter should be re-enabled afterward.
