Microsoft Teams by Remote Boost 20.3

Hi all, 

we use  HP Zcentral (version 20.3) for external work. 

On our first test we didn´t found any problem. Now we have one Problem with Remote Boost and Microsoft Teams.

If i get called, the caller sound is very bad, because sometimes the sound stops so i can´t follow the call. The sound from my side is good and is transferred.

Did you know an solution for this Problem or modification in the Settigns?

are there visual dropouts as well?  I've noticed both sound and visual dropouts since moving to 20.3 but they seem to be very sporadic with some periods of working fine and some periods being almost unusable.  The users are editing video so it has been frustrating for them.

No, we only recogniz Sound problems. IF i play an movie. the picture is shown very well only the sound is catastrophic.

We also use Z4G4 with an Xeon Prozessor and Quadro GPU

Remote Boost defaults to the system's default audio device.  I am guessing you are using a headset for Teams.  We have had some users say that installing the Remote Boost virtual audio driver has given them a better experience.  Can you give me a bit more info on your setup.  What is the sender make and model?  Teams is installed on your sender?

We use an HP Z4G4 (Win 21H1, Remote Boost 20.3) with Nvidia Quadro GPU on Sender Site. Teams Client is installed on the Sender and as an Communication Device we use Jabra Headset.

But also with the internal Speaker and microphone on the receiver we have the sound problems. 

I also testet the installation of Remote Bosst with disabled sounddriver, so HP Remote Audio driver was installed.

After this the problem chenged a bit. Now i (receiver) can hear the sound from the caller, but the caller can´t her me.
