Product: HP ZCentral 4R Base Model Workstation
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

ZCentral doesn't work correctly. 

I have tried to connect. The connection function.

when I launch zcentral remote boost, the window opens to enter the IP address, I enter the IP address and immediately afterwards also the credentials, it connects to the remote PC, but after a few seconds it disconnects.

who can help me?

Hello 

Since we are already in discussions on the [email protected] email, I just wanted to make sure I acknowledged your post here in the forum.  You were using pretty old versions of Remote Boost and moving to latest release fixed your issue.  I know that you ran into another issue with ZCentral Connect after moving forward about a message regarding AMT, and have sent you the documents on how to setup AMT with Connect along with the Troubleshooting guide which also looks into issues with AMT.
