We have installed CentOS on virtual machine in nutanix ahv after installing nvidia drivers to the CentOS ,sender is installed in CentOS  and reciever  on windows machine getting a blank screen in hp rgs  kindly suggest , windows graphics is working fine but CentOS we are facing issue

Do you have AVC enabled on your receiver settings? If so, does the issue also happen when you uncheck the Advanced Video Compression on Sender option on the Performance tab?

 

Also, I've also sent you a private message with instructions to collect logs for better understand the issue.

I'd appreciate if you could provide us more details about your system config with that.
