Hi,

Request.

I have a problem when using Zbrush with a pen tablet connected remotely via ZCentral Remote Boost.
Specifically, when I try to rotate an object, it immediately reverts back and I cannot rotate it.

We have confirmed that this is occurring in the following environments.

・HP ZCentral Remote Boost Sender Ver.20.3.1
・HP ZCentral Remote Boost Receiver Ver.20.3.1、20.4
※ This does not occur in Ver 20.2.1 or earlier.
・Zbrush ver.2021.7、2022、2022.0.5
・Wacom Intuos Pro Driver Ver.6.3.46

Steps:

1.Launch Zbrush.
2.Open the object. (Preset samples would be good)
3.Right-click and hold on the pen and drag to rotate it.

Result: It will immediately return to its original position.

Could you please confirm this behavior and fix the HP ZCentral Remote Boost Receiver?
We are having trouble updating the Receiver in our team.

Thank you in advance for your help.

I have a similar experience.

With a wacom, holding a right or middle click isn't working properly. While holding it, the click doesn't stay engaged. It only engages when you also left click or release.

This happens on all programs. So when I'm in a 3d program (maya, houdini) moving a viewport, the viewport doesn't move smoothly when holding the middle button but rather jumps when I let go of the button. Same thing for a node graph or even a menu the file browser. Usually, I hold the right button to bring up a menu and keep it held then let go when the mouse is over the option I need. Now holding the right button will bring up the menu but the options wont even highlight as I hover over them.

It does work if I hold the right/middle button first then also touch my pen down.

Worth noting that the left click is working fine and I have no issues on my local machine. My mouse is also fine.

I'm on receiver 20.1.0.8945, sender 20.1.0.26348. Linux both sides. It was working fine up until recently.

My apologies for not being on the forum.  Do you still need this looked into?  We have a newer release of Remote Boost, 20.4 or 22.1, but not sure this will resolve the problem you are experiencing.  From your comments, it seems like this is a regression issue, so I will take a look at it.

Hello

Apology for being absent from the forum.  Will take a look into this to see if we have a regression

issue.

Hello.

Thank you for your reply.

We have since updated both Sender/Receiver to the 22.1 version.

But unfortunately, the problem was not solved.
It is exactly the same behavior.

Please let me know if you need any other information.

Thank you in advance for your help.
