Failure to Initiate

Hello,

I am using the latest downloadable from HP for zCentral. After successful install, reboot, update to both windows & nvidia drivers, I found in this log file that there is a significant amount of information regarding the failure for the zCentral Sender to initialize. I will attempt to attach the log file here. Please let me know what I can do to resolve this so I can get the sender exe to launch, as of right now I'm unable to use a receiver as the host is not running the sender service. From my receiver, I can simply ping the IP address and I am direct connected by ethernet on my LAN network. So, I have connection, but the service fails to run.

Are you able to make a connection at all from your Receiver, or just the ability to ping it?  Make sure that port 49266 is open via any firewalls outside of the OS.  Remote Boost only opens up the OS firewall.  Also, HP Velocity is enabled by default.  This uses UDP traffic.  Remote Boost starts with TCP, but then switches to UDP when using HP Velocity.  Try connecting without HP Velocity enabled in the Receiver GUI settings.  Uncheck the box, close the receiver, and then relaunch the receiver, verify that HP Velocity is still unchecked, and then make a connection.
