Z420
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

We have 7 HP Z420, and 5 Z4 Workstations

All Workstations work with Remote Graphic Sender, but in one Z420 the RGS ask for a license.

All the workstations works with the same RGS version (ZCentral_RB_2020.1.0_Win_Sender_Receiver_M39124-001), OS Win 10 Pro 20H2 OS Build 19042.906

We try to unisntall complete the RGS and test other version. All the time ask for a license (do not recognize that are a Z Worstation)

Any help is welcomed.

Regards.

On this particular Z420, was the motherboard replaced?  If so it may not have been rebranded correctly, and Remote Boost is not seeing that it is a Z420 workstation.  The other cause could be if you are using the Z420 as a VM.  When using as a VM, Remote Boost can no longer see the product name, and will require a license.

Hello Kelly.

No, the Z420 is 100% complete original, with all the original parts.

And isn´t a VM.

Do You have any tool to run on a workstation, to know where is the problem? Or need any specific information?

Thak's in advance.

Yes, let me enable Private Messaging for you so I can send you a message.  I would like to send you some tools and collect logs but would rather that not be on the forum.
