My laptop was stolen...can I access it remotely when it connects to the internet?

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Good day,

My laptop was stolen from my car 2weeks ago. Can I

1. Lock it

2. Access my files remotely 

3. Track it with the ip address 

I have not connected it to any cloud service or server but activated my windows account and hp account.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help,  HP can not track your laptop nor can any of us here on the community. Unless you have LoJack or similar tracking software the only course of action you have is filing a police report. (by CherylG
