Hello,
We are testing remote access to this desktop via RGS but we are having issues with enablign full screen.
The laptop that we are remoting from has a higher resolution and when we check "Match resolution" the is only a black screen (we can see the mouse) so we think the laptop resolutin is too big for the desktop remote access.
Please advice how we can open the window with full mode.

In order for match resolution to work, both the sender and receiver must be able to support the resolution being requested. Are you using the Z2 Mini as a headless sender or do you have a monitor attached? What resolution are you trying to achieve?
