Product: HP Z820
Operating System: Linux

Hi,

 

Up until yesterday one of our HP Z820 computers (using Centos 7) was working great with Remote Boost 2020.1.0. We have to reboot the computer and now the rgsender service will not start, this is the error in the logs:

 

01-27-21 17:19:01 FATAL - LinConsoleState::initLogonState - XAUTHORITY environment variable not set

 

Any ideas ?

I figured it out, when i actually got back into the office the monitors were no longer plugged into that server.
