PLEASE READ!!

 

Update on software downloads for Remote Boost.  V20.4.0.8886 is no longer on HP Software Depot.

However, when you click on the download, you will be prompted to send certain information to ZCentral@hp.com

email.  Remote Boost V22.1.0.8945 and Connect V22 is available for download on HP Software Depot

If you have had a post on the forum, and it has not been answered, please repost so that I can respond.  

 

Lastly, HP Anyware is the new product that is combining the strengths of Remote Boost and Teradici CAS. 

Remote Boost and ZCentral Connect customers should become familiar with newly published migration guide

for customers that would like to transition to HP Anyware.  You can find the migration guide at this link:

Yes, you can send a request to ZCentral@hp.com email.  I monitor that email but have to go through a verification process first.  See screen shot for what is needed.

Hi Kelly, after February 2023 will remote boos v20 licenses stop working or will they continue to work without support?

Remote Boost V20 will never expire on Z Workstations, or if you have purchased licenses.  You can use Remote Boost V20 for as long as you like. We are planning on not doing anymore defect fixes after Feb 2023, but if there is a critical issue, that would be decided upon a case by case basis.

ZCentral Remote Boost customers who have free licenses that were adopted during 2022 as included ... V20.4.0.8886 is no longer on HP Software Depot. You Need to Upgrade the version.
