Z6
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

We have several Z workstations on which we use Zcentral to work from home with a VPN connection on T640 thin clients. One of the connections suddenly stopped working (couldn't connect after reboot of the thin client).

On the host computer I already tried reinstalling the latest version of the sender, without success. I see the process running, but the system tray icon is missing. When connecting to the host through other means (Windows RDP) it is possible to make a connection with Zcentral, but it immediately disconnects after the login screen with these errors:

After these, login is not possible until the user is logged in again through Windows RDP. (being logged in on site doesn't work)

We heavily depend on Zcentral to be able to work remotely, so urgent feedback would be appreciated.

OK, think I found the issue. The receiver's sender verification was on 'deny connection' (which kept coming back due to EWF being turned on)

I also changed the sender to automatically allow collaborators.

Hi Pilipili,

  • The first message makes it look as if there is already someone logged into the Sender. Is there another user on the Sender?
  • Which version of RB is installed on both Sender and Receiver?
  • Which version of Windows 10 is on the Sender?
