I’ve spent hours. I tried all the advice the Virtual Assistant had. The problem is weird. Other colors will print. It will not copy in black either. The Print Quality Diagnostic Does print the black standard text, but the black test cell is blank. How can that be? On the Ink test, the black brackets print, and the three colors print, but the black does not. I tried a new cartridge, and later a second new cartridge. I tried unplugging for 5 minutes. I tried “Reset to Factory Settings”
