Hp 5525

 Prints fine when doing a copy. When trying to print from iPhone or iPad the printer runs so the connection is good but the page comes out blank new cartridge and good Wi-Fi connection

 Did the reset. Cartridge  is new. Prince fine when copying. Good Wi-Fi connection. Printer runs and sounds like it’s printing  when I try to print from my iPhone or iPad  so the printer mechanically is working fine. Page still comes out blank.

If you've ensured genuine HP Ink cartridges are being used, the paper type is compatible with the printer and you've gone through the automatic servicing as per the routine print quality checkup, please try the below steps:

 

Check the print settings to make sure they are appropriate for your print job.

  • Print settings in Windows
  • Print settings in OS X
