Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Out of the blue the ink cartridge light began to blink, no warning of them getting low, and the printer would not print. I bought new ink cartridges, color and black, and the light will not turn off, it does not register the fact that i have replaced the new cartridges. 

I have tried the unplug from the wall and wait, i've removed the ink cartridges and cleaned all copper contacts on the cartridges and inside the printer itself.

If you have already performed the steps from the document Ink Cartridge Errors and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
