Hello,
I have just purchased a HP Envy 5020 printer. As far as i understand, it comes with an automatic tray extender, which extends when it detects paper. But so far it hasn't done so, meaning I have to pull out the tray every time to stop paper falling off the desk. Does the Envy 5020 actually come with a tray extender, or have I been mistaken?
Thank you

@dnicholas57, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
According to the User guide, the tray extender has to be pulled out manually. Refer to page 11 and 13 on the user guide.
Let me know how this goes.
