Product: Envy Photo 7858
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

installed two new HP ink cartridges.  will not recognize black. will print in single cartridge mode.  cleaned, unplugged, what to try next?

@james3939 I suggest you check with only the black cartridge, in the single cartridge mode, since you've not mentioned if it was the color or black that you've tried in the single cartridge mode, I'll need details,
