My printer gives error code C8190014 and the screen is blinking. NOt able to use the printer. any Suggessions.

Power resetting the printer and a factory reset may resolve this issue. Let us try these steps: 

 

Step 1: Reset the printer

1. With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.

2. Wait at least 60 seconds.

3. Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.

4. Turn ON the printer, if it does not automatically turn on.

5. Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you proceed.

 

Step 2: Perform steps 2 and 3 from this document

 

Step 3: Update the printer firmware

Click here to download and install the latest firmware from your computer.

Step 4: Perform a factory reset on the printer

  • The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
  • I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.

Error code C8190014 ... No paper jam or other obvious probems.  

I have the same problem as noted in this thread nd will need instructions for factory reset for HP Officejet Pro 8600.
