Hello, I've tried the online assistant but it was useless and kept redirecting me to solve black ink printing problems.  I've recently swapped the colour ink cartridge and the magenta is not printing at all.  I've tried the printers diagnostics and cleaning cycles, plus the intense clean and this does nothing.  I'm aware the obvious suggestion would be to buy a new ink cartridge and try that but I don't want to spend the £30 if there is a common resolution.

Greetings,

I notice that you have tried most of the steps. I would like you to try one more step and that is cleaning the electrical contacts on both the Cartridge and on the printer where the cartridge sits in the printer.
While I am posting the steps for the same from a different printer's document. the process is the same to clean the contacts.
