Boarding passes for spirit airlines were emailed to the printer 3 months ago and they printed fine. Now, whenever I print anything via email or wifi, 3-4 pages of Spirit Airlines ads print as well. I have "reset to default", but that did not help. How do I clear / block this from the printer memory?

Could you print a self test page and let me know if the airline ticket prints. In order to print the Status Report:
1.) On the printer control panel, press the Home button. Press the Down arrow until Tools is highlighted, and then press OK.
2.) Press the Down arrow until Printer Status Report is highlighted, and then press OK.
