Operating System: Microsoft Windows Vista

Read many issues with the false "paper jam" error.  Also read that FINALLY HP admitted it's a sensor error.  Will there be any solution offered, or part offered, or free fix for all of us?  Tired of wasting time and money on a totally worthless useless printer. And, if I bought a new printer, which models will use the same 950/951 ink that I have here.  Time to drop HP and go to another brand?
