Product: HP ENVY Photo 6234
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

im following the setup instructions prompted by the installation software, but the device wont appear in my add printer/scanner and it wont connect when trying to use the advanced options. i tried getting the drivers from the HP site, but to no avail. it still wont conect.

 

laptop im trying to connect it to is a Dell Inspiron 15 7000 Gaming 7577 I7 if that helps any?

Make sure your router is using ipv4.
