Hi all, I wonder if you can help me. I bought an ex demo HP Envy Photo 7130 and was given new HP 303 ink cartridges as the ‘set-up’ cartridges had been lost. Now I find I can’t use the new cartridges only the set up ones when first setting up the printer. How can I bypass this ‘error message’ and use the new 303 ink cartridges instead? I’ve tried unplugging the printer when on; waiting 2 mins/pressing the on button to drain residual power, then powering back on - but that didn’t work/reset or get rid of the ‘use set up cartridges’ message. Help!!!!
