Product: Envy 4500
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The scanner on my printer doesn't work but it has been printing OK.  Now I've had to replace the cartridge and, obviously, I can't do the scan stage of the alignment.  If I turn it off and on again it starts again wanting to print the alignment page.  If I cancel that it just sits there, 'cancelling'.  And while it's doing that I can no longer print from it.  Is there any way to bypass the alignment tests and justs keep printing?  I've tried a hard reset but it goes straight back to printing the alignment page.

HP Recommended

Cancel that, after the umpteenth time of turning it off and on and cancelling it has now suddenly decided to print.
