HP OfficeJet Pro 6968 is not connected to wireless after my router was changed and speed increased to 500 Mbps.  My router was hardwired to my computer so wireless would not interrupt transmission.  How do I get my printer back online?  Before this change my printer worked perfectly.

@Pammy625,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

In order that I may provide you with an accurate solution, I will need a few more details and I would appreciate if you could, perhaps elaborate on your concern.

  • Is your router configured for 2.4GHz or 5GHz?
  • What is the wireless light status on the printer? (Steady or blinking)
  • Is your new router connected to the computer using an Ethernet cable?
  • What is the operating system you are using?
  • Have you performed any troubleshooting steps before posting?

 Look forward to hearing from you and you have a great day!

Take care.

Cheers!

Printer as above will not print in blue. No error messages all cartridges are new and recognized by the printer. Printer light steady all other cartridges print ok. Cartridges have been reinstalled still no blue. Printer has had at least 24 hrs unpowered.
