HP OfficeJet 4650 All-In-One Printer Series
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am trying to help a neighbor fix her HP OfficeJet 4650 All-In-One Printer.  Soon after changing the printer ink, she got a Paper Jam error.

I followed everything on the video to look for paper jams.

Final step here says Service Printer....

Any ideas what else I can do/try?

@Gar-Dog,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

If you have followed all the steps in the video and still facing the issue, then it might be a hardware issue and I recommend you contact support to check the available service options for your printer.

Here is how you can get in touch with support.

1)Click on this link – www.hp.com/contacthp/

2)Select the product type.

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.

Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!

If you wish to show appreciation for my efforts, mark my post as Accept as Solution. Your feedback counts!

Cheers!

Do you really think it is worth fixing?

The cost of repairs will be less than buying a new printer?

@Gar-Dog I'm afraid it would, however, the choice is yours and yours alone, you could always contact the tech support as advised in the other post and discuss your options.

I wish you good luck and have a good day, ahead.
