Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 7740
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I'm having trouble printing correct line weights from AutoCAD either directly or via PDF to our HP 7740.  This same issue was brought up a year ago and I'm wondering if there's been any resolution.  It doesn't appear to be an AutoCAD issue.  We had no problem with our previous printer (HP 7650).

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

 

If this happens only with the AutoCAD software, this is definitely an issue with the software.

 

The other suggestion I recommend here is that you can contact the HP Support Team and they remotely access your Computer to help you better with this.
