HP OfficeJet Pro 8715 Cartridge Problem

HP OfficeJet Pro 8715
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a cartridge problem error message and it says to remove a reinstall the indicated cartridge. I purchased a new pack of original HP ink cartridges and replaced the empty cartridges and the black is the only one that is working now. I tried a hard reset and that did not work.
