Product: Officejet 6500A E710
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Officejet 6500A E710 - quit pulling paper into the printer in order to print.  It sounds like it will do it but then gives the error that there is no paper.  How do I fix this?

I understand that paper will not pick for printing and getting an error message.
