I have been using HP Premium Plus Photo Paper which I bought in England a few years ago and now down to my last sheet. I have been trying to get the same paper here in New Zealand but nowhere seems to stock it. HPC6832A 210x297mm. What would be the next photo paper to take its place? Since I have changed from Windows 7 to Windows 10, the software installation was great, but I find the way it shows on the sheet doesn't work the same. The photo comes out in the middle of an A4 sheet. Is there any way that I could change it. I could print up to 8 photos on a page but not now. Is there a contact number for me to call about the photo paper.
Can someone help me please. Thanks.

Hi Sandy
Thanks for that. I gather Apps and Features is the same as Programs and Features.
In the list for my HP Printer I gather I click on HP Fotosmart Officejet & Deskjet All-in-One Driver Software and then select Uninstall.

Hi Sandy
I haven't tried anything yet. I just wanted to know if I am in the right area before I start. I have to connect Windows 10 to the printer first. It is still connected to Windows 7 as that is the only way I can print what I want.
I will connect my printer to Windows 10 tomorrow and see what happens and get back to you.
Thanks.

Hi Sandy
Nothing in your instructions is the same when I go into Windows 10. In the Devices and Printers window, it was left-click for remove device. When I used the "Windows Key + R" key combo and typed printui.exe there was a whole list of things but no Drivers tab.
I have got no idea what to do now. It has turned into a mess.

Further to my last message, i went in a different way, but everything was uninstalled. I reinstalled it again but there were no updates through Firmware. Maybe HP can do something about it. It is such a lovely printer but I will have to go back to Windows 7 print out photos if I want more than 1 on a page. Maybe your programmers can work on it.

This might require remote access of the computer to fix the issue.
I request you to talk to HP support.
They might have multiple options to help you with this.
- Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp?openCLC=true
- Select the country.
- Enter the serial of your device.
- Select the country from the drop-down.
- Click on "Show Options".
- Fill the web-form. A case number and phone number will now populate for you.
I hope that helps.
