When my user prints she gets these blank strips accross her page.  I've noticed it does not do it all the times.  I've cleaned the print heads several time, done an anllignment and replaced the ink cartridges as well.  I noticed that it does not allways put a blank strip in the prints.  Pictures come out fine as does anything printed by other users on the PC.  I've already uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers.  Please any help would be great.
