When I print documents now, equally space horizontal white lines are on them. I tried comparing them to other people's documents that had problems with white streaks and lines, but I couldn't find a match. Where the document actually has words printed, the ink is dark and not-streaky or faded. I have clean the ink cartridges and the area that they sit in in the printer. I have tried to scan a cartridge alignment page that I have previously printed, but it only gets copied. I cannot print another more recent alignment page because it just comes out with the same white horizontal spaces in it. What else should I do to resolve this issue?
