INK CARTRIDGE ERROR

Officejet Pro 8600

I replaced an ink cartridge but the printer is not recognizing it was replaced.  It keeps saying to replace the depleted cartridge, so it still will not print.  What should I do?

INK CARTRIDGE ERROR

Hi,

Which cartridge has been replaced?

 

Which cartridge is indicated by the error message?

 

The error indicates the cartridge with a colored circle at the bottom (K/Y/M/C) and must have all 4 ink cartridges with ink to allow printing.
