Bonjour,

 

suite à un déménagement et à une installation de connexion à internet tardive, mon imprimante est bloquée. Je l'ai rebootée mais elle se bloque sur un message d'erreur "cette cartouche nécessite l'inscription de l'imprimante à HP INSTANT INK." En effet je suis abonnée à cet outil. Le problème c'est que l'écran est bloqué la dessus et je ne peux ni appuyer sur paramètre ni sur connexion wifi... Je ne sais pas du tout comment débloquer l'écran et ce message d'erreur.
