Product: HP Smart Tank 510 series
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just bought a new HP Smart Tank 515 Printer. I have followed the instructions but then after everything, it now says that cyan ink is depleted but the tank is full. I can't proceed in printing even a test page because of this.

Try to restart print spooler, maybe it will help.

Thanks for the suggestion, but this did not work for me...the error it seems, came from the printer and not from windows as it persists even if i don't connect the printer to my pc.
