Black Ink is not printing, cleaned heads, ran all fixes.  Is the printer head replaceable?

Hello Lamoneta2, 

 

No, the printhead in Officejet 6968 is not a replaceable  part. 

However, i'd suggest you to try the "pointer 6 of Step 8: Replace any low or empty cartridges " mentioned in troubleshooting document. Below is the document URL.

If issue still persist, its time to replace/service the printer. You may contact HP Tech Support https://www8.hp.com/us/en/contact-hp/ww-contact-us.html
