Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

This issue just started today.  I cannot print or copy in color.  I have checked to make sure greyscale is not checked or print/copy in black and white option is not being used.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled drivers and software twice.  I have printed to another printer and it prints in color to eliminate my computer having an issue.  I have read several forums about this issue and have run out of ideas.

Welcome to HP support community.

 

 Clean the printhead

  1. On the printer control panel, swipe down to open the Dashboard, and then touch the Setup icon .

  2. Swipe up on the display, and then touch Printer Maintenance.

  3. Touch Clean Printhead, and then touch Continue.

  4. Examine the test page.
