I have followed all the instructions of the previous post (see link paste below). But every step failed. And the path to the 3rd step ends up with a "404 error" page. Anybody can help  ? Thanks.

Hello,

Error message 0x6100004a is related to either a paper jam or carriage jam.

First of all, I invite you to follow the instructions of the HP link 'Paper Jam' Error Displays.

If still the same problem, please follow the instructions on the HP link 'Carriage Jam' or 'E3' Error Displays.

 

If you want me to help you in French don't hesitate to ask me, I don't mind because I'm French myself.

I remain at your disposal in case of need.
