Officejet 6100 ePrinter
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hey all. Just got this Officejet 6100 printer, and it refuses to print black. Everything else appears to be completely functional. There are no blinking lights, all cartridges are new. I've run multiple trouble shooting programs. When something is print in only greyscale, the paper comes out blank. I've run the printhead cleaning process multiple times, it continuously results in a lack of black ink, and rarely extremely faint whispers of black ink. After running lots of these test papers, my ink levels have all dropped, including the black ink levels. Additionally, when I open up the printer to take a look under the hood, there are faint pools of dark ink in in certain areas. Any help is appreciated!!!!!!
