When I put one sheet of photo paper in the paper tray it gets jammed somewhere. When that sheet of photo paper is on a stack of normal paper there are no problems.
Printer is cleaned.

Is this normal or should I bring in the printer for repair?

@HansTykel, Welcome to HP Support Community!

Ensure you're selecting the right paper type on the printer and the printing device before you load the photo paper. It could also be an issue with the rollers, I'd suggest you run 30-40 blank copies on the printer and then try using the photo paper.

This will enhance the roller mechanism and enable the smooth feeding of the photo paper.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
