Welcome to HP Forums,

This is a great place to get support, find answers and tips,

Thank you for posting your query, I'll be more than glad to help you out 🙂

As I understand, your printer printing wrong colors.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

When was the last time it worked fine?

Have you tried any troubleshooting steps?

Were there any hardware/software changes?

Does this happen while making a color photocopy?

Let's try these steps to resolve the issue from the article: Click Here

Solution three: Allow the printer to rest

Sometimes, print quality issues can be resolved during a period of inactivity. Consider waiting for about 30 minutes, and then try the print job again.

  • If these steps resolved the issue, you do not need to continue troubleshooting.

  • If the issue persists, continue to the next solution.

Solution four: Check the paper

Solution five: Check the print settings

Solution six: Check the ink levels, and then replace any low or empty cartridges

Solution seven: Print and evaluate a Print Quality Diagnostic report and troubleshoot any defects

Solution eight: Identify and then replace the problem cartridge

Keep me posted,

Have a great day 🙂

Cheers!
