I had plugged all of my computer equipment, including my printer, into a surge protector and my printer stopped printing in color.  I unplugged it from the surge protector and plugged it back into the original outlet, but it hasn't printed or copied anything in color since.  The Print Quality Report shows sufficient levels of ink but does not print in color.  Not sure what to do to enable the color printing/copying again?!?

Thanks so much for the link!  I went through the steps provided, but it still only prints in black and white 😞
