Printer stopped printing cyan. Have tried everything- alignment (failed), cleaning, several cartridges. Nothing fixes it.
Welcome to the HP Support Community. I understand the printer is not printing cyan. I'd be happy to assist you.
Try making a standalone copy in color and check if that works. By this, we can conclude if this is a hardware or a driver issue.
Also, Print a Print Quality Diagnostic report
On the printer control panel, swipe the display to the left, and then touch Setup.
The Setup menu displays.
Touch Reports, and then touch Print Quality Report.
If the issue persists and you have tried the steps from this document, I'm afraid this could be an issue with the printer as you have used new color ink cartridges.
