I replaced both ink cartridges two nights ago. The color cartridge shows up fine in software however it says no black ink installed. All the contacts look clean my wife and I have reinstalled the new black cartridge several times, we even tried a different Black cartridge all with the same results

The Apple App store notified of an available update to HP scan utility it did not show "No black ink installed" it said carriage jammed hit resume I then was able to align the cartages I could not before now everything works
