hello 

my printer is only print blank pages I checked the ink level for both black and color cartridge and all it is nearly full 

so anyone can solve my problem

What happens when you make photocopies on the printer? Do you have the same issue?

 

If yes, I'd suggest you follow the steps from the document Fixing Poor Print Quality to resolve the issue. If the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
