Printer and all functions have worked fine for months (printer less than 9 months old). Suddenly, error message "The Print cartridge cannot move. Clear any paper jam or obstruction and select okay". I have followed every possible instruction, and it still doesn't work. I think it's mechanical but I cannot figure out how to access assistance for this mechanical problem.

And if the issue still persists, this could be a hardware issue.
I request you to talk to HP support.
They might have multiple options to help you with this.
- Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp?openCLC=true
- Select the country.
- Enter the serial of your device.
- Select the country from the drop-down.
- Click on "Show Options".
- Fill the web-form. A case number and phone number will now populate for you.
