Salve a tutti,

Devo smontare la mia stampante per sostituire il vetro per le operazioni di scan/copy.

Purtroppo non riesco neanche a togliere il coperchio; vorrei, quindi, indicazioni e/o foto su come intervenire.

I would need some support / guidelines to disassemble the printer to swap the scan mirror. Unfortunately, I didn't even managed to remove the cover. Any hints or suggestion?

Welcome to HP Support community.

If you want to disassemble the scanner glass, it is not a replaceable part.

This seems to be a hardware issue.

They might have multiple options to help you with this.

1. Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp?openCLC=true
2. Select the country.
3. Enter the serial of your device.
4. Select the country from the drop-down.
5. Click on "Show Options".

Fill the web-form. A case number and phone number will now populate for you.
