HP ENVY 560 Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Someone spilled soda pop on my HP ENVY 560 Printer. There is sticky stuff inside where the paper is supposed to go and it gets stuck inside. How do I fix it?

Wow, too bad.  Considering the soda has traveled to the inside of the printer, I do not know whether cleaning what you can reach would be enough to restore trouble free operation.

My personal opinion, is

Well, you can try to clean what you can reach with a damp cloth and / or some soft foam swabs dampened with clear water."  Tray (if it can be removed) can likely be cleaned with a tiny bit of water, though I would guess that dunking the tray into water is a big "NO".

More likely, you need a new printer.
