Hello,i just bought my first hp and at the mac does not prinding nothing.

I read about the issues you're having with printing from Sierra. I have checked the drivers for your printer and there are no full drivers available for Sierra, which is likely why there is an issue with using the printer.

 

You can try running an Apple Update to install the printer to print, and try again.

 

Here is a link where you can check to see when/if drivers become available for your printer: Drivers and Downloads

Thank you about the drivers but when i open the online set up i cant continue and i cant read because doesnt appear nothing.I only install the drivers offline.Error when try to connect to hp.com

Hi there vaggos! The link works for me. Try opening it in another web browser, or perhaps the site was undergoing maintenance when you were trying to access it. You should be able to get to the page now. 🙂
