Solved: A4 to A5 on a 8730 - HP Support Community

Hi there.I have recently purchased an OfficeJet Pro 8730 and want to print A4 as well as A5 and yet it seems that I have to remove the tray and A4 to print A5 and vice versa?

Yes,

The printer have a single tray and only a single paper size can be loaded.

Once replacing the paper close the tray and change the paper size from the shown prompt on screen.

You may purchase a second paper tray for the printer to avoid a such - HP OfficeJet Pro 8700 250-sheet input tray - K7S44A

Hi.I notice on your webpage that you have discontinued the 8730 printer in the 8700 range. Can you please advise my why this was done?
